FreedConn, a brand established in 2006, has been focusing on developing Bluetooth helmet intercoms for motorcycle riders and smart Bluetooth communication helmets. The T-COM SC is one of their latest offerings, designed to enhance the riding experience.

The T-COM SC allows for 2-rider intercoms and the operation of MP3 players, phones, and other functions without the need to take your hands off the handlebars, ensuring a safe ride. When in intercom mode, it supports speeds up to 80-100 km/h and a maximum distance of 800 meters (2,625 feet). The device features an LCD screen, providing visualization and facilitating easy operation.

The T-COM SC supports pairing with other FreedConn Bluetooth headsets and helmets, such as the TCOM VB, BM22-S motorcycle helmets, and R1 Plus/R1 Pro motorcycle helmet headsets with cameras. This means you and your teammates can use different intercoms without issue. The T-COM SC can also connect with some Bluetooth intercoms from other brands, although FreedConn cannot guarantee 100% compatibility.

The T-COM SC boasts Bluetooth 5.0+EDR technology, operating on a 2.4GHz frequency and supporting A2DP and AVRCP. It weighs 45 grams (excluding accessories) and measures 81mm (L) x 25mm (W) x 31mm (H). The device is powered by a rechargeable polymer battery with a talk time of up to 10 hours (phone) or 7 hours (intercom), and a standby time of 300 hours. Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.

If you encounter issues with the speakers, such as no sound or only one side working, ensure that the speakers are properly plugged in. If the problem persists, it is likely a speaker issue.

The pairing method for the old (Bluetooth 3.0) and new (Bluetooth 5.0) versions of the TCOM SC/VB motorcycle intercom differs, so refer to the product page or contact the store (Zongreat-US) for guidance.

The TCOM SC and TCOM VB motorcycle Bluetooth headsets have the same functionality and pairing capabilities, including support for active pairing with other brands. The main difference is that the TCOM SC features an LCD display to check battery status, FM, and headphone connection status.

If you have lost or damaged your intercom accessories, replacement parts are available, such as 8-pin speakers for the old version (B07DWQBBJM) and 5-pin speakers for the new version (B07DK7N45D), as well as clips (B07Y8CR4DH).

The pairing method for the new Bluetooth 5.0 version and the old Bluetooth 3.0 version of the TCOM series walkie-talkies (including VB and SC) differs, so be sure to consult the appropriate instructions.
